Not really much of a plan. Gaining more weight than I want? Eat less crap. There is always bad stuff to cut. Losing too much weight is not really a concern these days, but back in the day when it was, just eat more.
What works for you?? Low carb? Low fat? How much protein do you need to grow? Talk to me Goose?
I weigh in @ 280 lbs. I aim for a minimum of 250 gm of protein a day. I figure I’m running around with 20% BF so that’s 56 extra pounds I’m carrying. My lean body weight would be about 225. Maybe I’m more than 20%? I really, really, really want to start meal prepping and weighing my food so I can play with my macros and be able to honestly answer your question. How else would you know? To actually know what you’re eating you have to measure. I’ve gone from being inconsistent both in the gym and at the table, to really being strict with training and “eating clean” to now wanting to be strict with both training and the fork. I’m really interested in where it can take me. I’ve dieted down before but done it wrong, lost muscle and strength and ultimately gave up on the diet. Now I feel I’m better prepared.
Diet is the part that has been harder to learn. Growing up without the internet you got info from Flex and Muscle & Fitness magazines. There wasn’t a lot of food articles in there then.
Strength doesn't come from physical capacity. It comes from indomitable will. -Gandhi

In with good, out with the bad simple but effective eh BC?
I dont know what you would call it.. not really Keto..
I try to stick with eating lean meats like chicken and fish and fruits and veggies.
If I eat a starch or something sweet, its at breakfast.
I cant function well on Keto and this has been the best for me as I get older
