Reverse hyper, 3 plates x25x2, 4 plates x20x2. In a circuit with 4 sets calves and sled pulls.
This was intended as a sort of rehabby workout, because I hurt fuuuuuuucking everywhere.
3/9, heavy pull day...only had about 45 minutes to get this one, so skipped the wenning warmups. Bent over rows, 45x20, 90x15, 135/185/225/245x10
Chin-ups, 3x10. Supersetted cable upright rows and banded tris with them.
