Yesterday on the Animal Facebook group, someone complained that people only ask dumb questions and get dumb answers in return. Then someone said “if only they would bring the FORVM back” LOL. It never went anywhere
Well than tell them! The FORVM is alive and well get your asses off of dumbfuck facebook and get back where real knowledge exists!!!!!
I’ve recently seen Sprint logged in and now Enforcer a couple days ago. Some of the old guard have been peeking in. How do we get them to stick around? Anyone else spot someone logged in?

Very nice!
Enforcer is cousins with G Diesel. G started G Code Nutrition and is doing his own thing and Enforcer works with him. Not sure how much of him we will see.
Every now and than Ghost and Nix log in, but I don't think either are lifting anymore. Deanna too.
Actually it’s where I got the name of the thread. There’s about a dozen guys here. We’re all training differently. In the movie they’re all criminals but each has a different skill set and background
Sucks about John Meadows. Crazy. I work with a guy who’s an IFBB physique competitor. He knew John and had trained with him. He met him at the Arnold

LOL well geez now ya tell us! Never heard of that movie so I didn't get the connection =)
Evidently, Meadows had blood clotting genetic health issues and has had some embolisms and the most recent one finally got to him. Can't really confirm that as 100% true, but that is what I've been told by multiple people.

“I realized early on that success was tied to not giving up. Most people in this business gave up and went on to other things. If you simply didn’t give up, you would outlast the people who came in on the bus with you.”
Here’s a tip, or maybe I’m the last person to learn this, after training, take your sleeves and hang them up to dry using those pants hangers from the store with the clips on them. One pair of sleeves per hanger. Pretty much hang them anywhere this way.

I set mine in front of one of my box fans until they dry otherwise they'll stink up whatever room I have them in my house, LOL!
I recently joined a strongman/ power lifting gym. Seems like most of the time they have county music on the box. Headphones on today and Korn got me through. What are yo guys listening to? I also have to add that I love the moments I’m alone in the gym with the lights off lifting in silence.
