Man, its been over 10 years since I've logged into this place. In a world of social media and reddit, old school forums are such a breathe of fresh air. Many have died, but the bodybuilding community is keeping them alive. I feel reinvigorated reading old articles and ready to start a training/diet log like back in the day. Keep this place alive!

The few of us left that are still lifting are still around =) No sponsored guys they've all been sent to social media.

That Dan Green thread is pure gold - even if it was a requirement of sponsorship, the level of detail he gives into the hows and whys of his training, along with the feedback he gave others is priceless - and absolutely impossible in the current social media formats.

I had the pleasure of lifting with him several years ago during the national ABC, I think it was 2016. He was happy to teach and lend a helping hand in anything. Awesome guy.
