Not bad. Tired of all the heat. It's promising to be back in the mid 90's all next week and I'm not looking forward to it. I may be at a bit of a plateau for my benching and I'm trying to decide what I want to do about it.

Had a heat wave in the hundreds all last week. I feel ya brother.
We're all going through hell,
It's burn or keep on walking.

Been NUTS! Had my kiddos for all of July. They tear up the last few days I have them and don't want to go back to Mommy's, let's me know I'm doing a good job as a Father =) Just now getting back into the swing of things. Didn't lose much strength happy to say! =) =)
With all of the crap with the economy and the mindless president (they're all mindless but this guy is BAD!), our industry has been hurting for years now. We are okay but we have LONG been waiting for the boom cycle to come back!
My ex is still a stark raving lunatic but I'm used to that, L O L !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just a few key points Dusty, haha.

SHIET! It's been 110-116 here in HTown. Had one day that was 117! Thick humidity too but I'm used to it.
We are having a bit of a drought too in Texas. Everyone's yards have yellow patches and dust spots, LOL!
What isn't funny, is ranchers are having absolute hell with their cattle/animals. All of their wells are drying up so ranchers lately have been trying to sell everything they've got. Hay has also skyrocketed in price.
I made it through another week and now I have some time off. They've been beating us to death with mandatory overtime and everyone is getting really burned out. As long as the powers that be aren't affected, then they don't give a shit.

I bet the pay is good at least =) Well, hopefully....
There's a lot of ways that things could go wrong in the very near future. I'm gonna hope that I don't have to explore to deeply what is gonna have to be done about most of them.

Yes sir! That and hedge your bets. So many honest folks out there miss out on good money cause they're poorly invested and or just flat out don't know what they're doing. Even with recessions and troublesome markets, you can still make money and or protect yourself from any major losses.

Good! It's weird not seeing you post anything lol.
I feel like my parents grounded me and I can only look out the window and see everyone else playing. I’m still out of balance and my shoulder seems kinda worse. Or maybe I’m trying to use it too much and noticing it more? I got burned out and frustrated with the doctors and quit seeing them. I think my family have all become google doctors so I need to see the real ones to save myself from them LOL

Love this! Positive vibes.
With the invention of instagram, sadly the forum was left to become a desolate wasteland that it currently is. It is good to see that some users are still on here doing their thing. I'd love to see a resurgence of the Animal Barbell Club movement (I was the Erie Chapter Coordinator), however I don't think Animal/Universal Nutrition Corporate would be down to let that happen. Stay strong and remember, the iron will always be there for you.

Damn right! As I like to say, the iron never lies.
When G left to start his own company, a lot of good things about Universal/Animal left with him I'm afraid. Social media is fading out as I knew it would, just another trend. We've been told by an administrator that the Animal fans on IG are looking for something else! Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut they won't re-birth the FORVM for some weird ass reason.

Universal Nutrition/Animal Corporate would be the ones to make the decision to revamp it...If they see a need to bring it back they will, if not well then The FORVM will be for the select few who still want to stay true to the OG way. Instagram/Facebook is all about instant gratification/ a constant need for interaction. I'm not into that nor are a lot of other people...Only time will tell what will happen.

I hear ya, but trends come and go. IG was red hot for years like FB was, the interest for both is in decline.
Throughout the past forums kept coming back around. Give it time, social media has been going since AOL, people are getting bored with it. That is why you constantly see new social media sites these days. They're popular for a while then yet another comes along until it fizzles out. It'll become overwhelmingly frustrating for smaller businesses to keep us with and a more steady long term sales approach will have to be implemented.
*I'm not saying I want this place to return to it's glory days (would be fun though), just would enjoy a larger population here. I miss the banter, discussion and shared training ideas amongst the various strength/iron sports. Social media like IG is too distracting and the focus becomes lost much like these young kids' attention spans these days.
