1 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of ground oats (in a coffee grinder)
1 serving of strawberry or vanilla real gains (or protein)
1 cup frozen mixed berries
enough milk to mix into a pudding consistency
I also like chocolate protein and natural peanut butter with enough milk to make some pudding (good for low carb meals)
here's a good bulking shake, filled with quality protein, calories, and ESPECIALLY health benefits:
2 large egg whites,
1/2 cup of nonfat cottage cheese,
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder,
2 tablespoons of unsalted natural PB or almond butter,
1 cup dry instant oats,
1 tbsp honey,
1.5 scoops of emerald balance (or greens+ or some other type of greens superfood powder).
80 grams of protein,
15 grams of healthy fats,
87 grams of carbs
that's 800 quality calories with a ton of health benefits!!
for you low carbers, just take out the oats and you're left with 27 grams of carbs, and take out the honey and you're left with 10 grams of carbs.
as a post workout meal replacement (not the instant PWO shake taken immediately following a workout), take out the nut butters and you've pretty much taken out the majority of the fat.
Every now and then I reward myself with this concoction:
-2 scoops NytroWhey Extreme Cookies'n'Creme Protein (Prosource)
-Couple scoops of Icecream (very calorie dense)
-Milk
-Ice
-Banana
Throw it in a blender and you have a super calorie dense shake that tastes...um...amazing. (ATTN: Not for the cutting individual, good for hardgainers.)

For me:
3 and 1/2 scoops of Real Gains Chocolate
16 ounces of Fat Free Skim Milk
2 tsp. Micronized Creatine
1 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
6 Ice Cubes
3 tsp. Greens+
And Blend. It's great it tastes like the old chocolate milkshakes from fast food joints, but it's great for you and your body.
