250ml fat free milk
15g oats
1 scoop iso protein vanilla
1 x animal pak (yes, blended in)
3 x flax caps (yes, blended in)
3 x uni liver tabs (yes, blended in)
1 banana
150ml fat free fruit yogurt
100ml strawberry juice
150ml water
2 cups of oats....first i grind them up real fine in a blender it will take about 1-2 min.... (once your done with the oats put it in a bowl)
then 3 scoops of whey put it in the bowl with the oats mix it
then 2 cups of skim milk back in the blender
turn on the blender with the milk in it already, now procede to put the oats and whey in the blender and viola.... its simple and its really easy to get it down because of the skim milk.
so now lets do the number game.
2 cupz of skim milks is 180 calories
3 scoops of whey (depnds on brand ) usually range in 120 or 130...lets use 120 for this one. 120*3=360
2 cups of raw oast is 600 cals....1/2 cup is 150cals
now this all sums up to about 78grms of protien....108grams of carbs
600+180+360=1140 cals
drink them about 3times a day and alond with 3 sold meals you will put on some serious mass.

makes about a litre, now suck that shit down!
Whoaa....animal pak blended in? I like the idea(makes life much easier) but doesn't it defeat the purpose of "timed-release" tablets? Oh, and I think I tried that once and was emptying my shake from the other end in about 10 minutes. Haha.
3 scoops of either blueberry creme or chocolate bananna crunch muscle milk
3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon flax oil
1/2 bananna
1 cup of milk or water
adding frozen berries gives it a really thick, cold and frothy consistency. No chugging this one!

Gotta Add my one in...Nothing creative about it, but I got the stats for ya too, so for those in much needed cals and quality carbs/protein look no further.
400 Ml semi skimmed milk
50g Oats (soak them in the milk for 5 minutes)
2 Scoops Real Gains
Gives me
49 Grams of protein
106 Carbs
735 Calories
With the additional 2 tablespoons of Peanut butter the stats all bump up, and you can add like 160 + calories...

I am pretty routine...2-3 scoops protein with water, ice cubes, a banana and 1/2 cup dry oats. I love the oats in it. I am going to miss that too as I get closer to showtime and start cutting my carbs a lot.
I drink the BCAA stack alone with water, the same for shock therapy..just with water prior to training with Animal Pump.
I have a question regarding the use of oats in shakes. Is it better to grind them up before you put them in the shake or should you just dump them in?
Sorry if this question has been asked before.
