2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup uncooked oats
and then i fill the rest of the blender to the top with milk
sometimes it gets hard to drink because that cup of uncooked oats makes it thick if you dont use enough milk but the taste ain't bad and it's SO MUCH easier thank choking down a bowl of cooked oatmeal.... unless you like oatmeal...

Try adding Carnation brand light chocolate mix to it. Fat free and low calorie, but makes the cottage cheese into desert!
