Q: I've been really disappointed with the supplements I’ve been using in the past few months and am really interested in trying the Animal products. What supplements would be a good place to start?

A: First off, is your diet in check? How about your training? Ya gotta get these 2 in check before expecting results from a supplement. Supplements are the icing on the cake, not the cake itself. No miracle pill can take the place of good old fashioned hard work. That said, you should always start with the basics--Animal Pak. You can then build a complete supplement program around the Pak. Im not sure if I am allowed to post this on here as I am new and I have in fact read the 12 rules so forgive me if I am out of line. I have personally tried my hand in a few pro-hormones and I am currently on PCT. I take the Animal M-Stak during my "on cycle" since it is non-hormonal but need to get my natural testosterone levels back to normal before my next cycle. Will Animal Stak help me with this? Thanks for any help, and again, i apologize for any ignorance.
