ok. i wish everyone realized. there is no best routine. there is no best diet. there is no best food. there is no best excercise. get into the gym, get into the kitchen and find out what works best for you. just because someone else got big doing things a certain way doesnt mean you will. do your research, arm yourself with knowledge, and get to work.
you're going to get the same replies in the Training section as you will in the Diet section with your "gain muscles fastesttttttt" thread you started over there..

I was In iraq for four months and I went from 160 pounds to 200 all the while maintaining a 14 percent bf level. I did super heavy weight for 5 sets with 3- 6 reps. Deadlifts!!! SQuats!! and Bench!! were the most important. And eat till you feel sick. Make sure you dont miss a workout

The BEST routine is the one you stick with and work real hard at, consistently adding more and more weight to the bar, and quality to your reps for 5-10 years. If you weigh 180 pounds, and add 10 pounds of pure, solid muscle every year, in 5 years you will be 230lbs. Thats more than Franco Columbo weighed in Pumping Iron.

Rest.
Time
Dedication.
dont try and buy in to any bullshit about "this routine will blow you up in 6 weeks" or any of that shit. they call it marketing for a reason.
