Hey OX, i have a couple of questions for ya, im getting ready to start my joourney comin up this january, and i have almost completed everything just a coouple of loose ends im woundering if you could help me, i know to take in 1.5 g of protien per pound and all that good stuff. but i need some opinions on some fast digesting carbs, and slow digesting carbs. i know of a couple for each but i think i may need more variety. and also, what would you perfer to use for the amino acids for after workouts? your help will be appreciated, thanks brother
