I'd like to ask you 3 things;
I've read somewhere that you take animal pump with a protein shake. How come you do it? Isn't Pump supposed to take on empty stomach? You tell me, cause you are my inspiration in this game.
And what do you think about producing a film or documentary, showing your preparation?
But it has to be a GOOD one! Showing your difficulties, your exhaustion, and in the end, your glory! (AND OF COURSE, YOUR ADMIRED TRAINING, cause that's what matters most)
I know you ain't the one that make these stuff, but you can talk to someone. You are one of the future legends, and all eyes are on you.
Last one; what is your rest time between exercices? Do you believe that when your body release latic acid, it release GH as well? (I think I do. I don't know, it seems to work best for me)
