5 whole eggs (buy the OMEGA-3 EGGS they sell in the supermarket) with 1 cup of Cream of Rice or Oatmeal
MEAL 2: (pre-workout)
50g Whey Protein ) with a liquid carbohydrate drink (such as WAXY MAIZE—-- try to get at least 50g carbs
GYM: WEIGHT TRAINING
MEAL 3: (post-workout)
50g Whey Protein with a liquid carbohydrate drink--try to get at least 50g carbs

“LEAN PROTEIN MEAL” ˝ pound (8oz) of chicken (or turkey or lean fish or shrimp) with ˝ cup cashew nuts (or almonds or walnuts) with 1 cup RICE (brown or white)
MEAL 5:
“FATTY PROTEIN MEAL” ˝ pound (8oz) of red meat (or salmon or swordfish) with a salad with 2 tablespoon of olive oil (or macadamia nut oil) and vinegar with 1 baked potato and/or yam
MEAL 6: Same as MEAL 3
MEAL 7: 5 whole eggs with ˝ cup grits or Oatmeal
MEAL 8: 50g whey with 1 ˝ tablespoons all natural Peanutbutter

I'm about to start my pre-contest diet in less than a week and just read in the beginning of this thread that a cleansing can be beneficial but takes a few weeks. Is this something I can start tomorrow and finish up a week into the keto diet?

Depends on how intense of a cleansing you do. If you eat super clean, using a cleansing product, and eat lots of fibrous fruits and veggies and drink lots of tea you could pull it off in a week. Of course, you'd have to sit down and talk to someone knowledgable in the area, let them know you want to do an intensive cleanse and let them design a regimine including diet and supplementation for you.

I picked up a 2 week Organic Total Body Cleanse. It has 4gm of carbs. I guess my question is if I start this cleanse along with the keto diet will the cleanse interupt the ketosis process? I don't think it would, I just want to be sure. Otherwise I would have to delay my pre-contest start date by a week and a half and would like to avoid that if possible.
I weigh around 180 and I'm trying to bulk up to about 205-210.
my cal intake is 4000 on traing days but i'm not geting any bigger. do you have any sugestions that will bust me out of this state. i just started M-stak but i'm not sure thats enough

The first thing I would suggest would be to eat more. But you say that you are eating 4000 on TRAINING days. What about other days. If anything, caloric intake on off days is even more important than intake on training days because that is when your body is trying to recover. Remember, if you grow outside the gym and not in the gym then you must be growing even more on the days when you do not enter the gym at all! I would shoot for 4500 calories EVERY DAY. Make sure you are taking Animal Pak and Uniliver tabs. Without good solid basic nutrition, you will not grow no matter what you take. All metabolic pathways and occurences require the use of some type of vitamin, mineral and or cofactor. Make sure yout ake your vitamins!!!
I eat 3000 on non training days.
i'll try uping my cals to 4500 every day but i don't want to gain to much fat any sugestions on how to bulk and stay leanish.
