How often would you change up programs? Or go from PL to a hypertrophy program?
I've done two of the exact same Powerlifing/peaking cycles back to back. The onlything that didn't go up a lot was my bench on the second cycle.
I can't tell if my size as gone up. Gained a few pounds.

What do hou guys recomend? I'm shit at asking questions. Sorry

I don't recommend program hopping or getting on whatever the latest and greatest trend is. It usually takes quite a bit of time to start seeing results from something. Some programs that will utilize high volume/frequency will take a toll on you and you will need to throttle back for a time to gather yourself again.

Other than that, I would pick something that seems to be proven effective and give it a go for 6 months to a year and then asses where it falls short for your own individual needs and alter from there.

If you are going to compete, I would try to pick a routine that focuses on the 3 main lifts and their variations (specialty bars, bands/chains, stance, whatever) and throw in a lot of extra bodybuilding stuff for overall joint health and keep your general physical preparedness up until about 16-20 weeks away from your desired competition. Then I would start focusing my workouts more on the 3 lifts and specifically how you are going to do them (i.e. singles, and whatever gear...)
Holy shit...14.5 months and it's here...

The simple concept for a year in training phases would be 12 weeks hypertrophy 12 weeks strength 12 weeks hypertrophy 12 weeks strength (or something like this) basically 2 of each phases. Build size and mass via higher volumes and rep ranges then strength through heavier, lower rep training. There are a lot of programs, but at least keeping this approximate approach to types of training cycles will yield good and consistent results over time
