      One month with Animal "X"

      I was lucky to be choosen for the new Animal X Alpha product testing. I will be logging here and at BB.com. Please ask any questions you have and offer any advice you have. Thank you Universal for offering me the chance to log your new product.

      Current Stats
      5' 11"

      Bodyfat and measurements will be posted soon

      Training Split

      Day 1- Chest/Tris
      Day 2- Back/Bis
      Day 3-Abs
      Day 4-Shoulders
      Day 5-Legs
      Day 6- Off
      Day 7- Off

      I will change things as needed as I go along. I will post the exercises and weights after each workout. I am excited to see what gains I will make over the 4 weeks. I will of course concentrate on heavy compound exercises.

      Diet
      I will post my diet as I go along. Looking for around 350 g of protein per day. I will try to eat as clean as possible and will supplement with Real Gains.

      Other supplements
      Other supplements have been used before so I will be able to notice any gains from Animal X. I will post them up when I receive Animal X and decide what will best be combined with it.

      UPS driver lifts and throws

      This might a good idea for a new excercise. UPS driver lifts and then driver throws for distance. Who knows maybe we'll make a new X game sport. LOL!

      I have been keeping my log on bb.com but wanted to update here. I am starting week 3 today and have put on 7 pounds as of this morning. I can't wait to run this again, and again.
