During my bulking phase I usually consume, roughly 2 Cups of plain oatmeal sweetened with honey along with 6-8 Egg whites. In addition Ill take my Pak with it.
During my cuttin phase I'll cut down to only a 1/2 cup of oatmeal and 6 egg whites. Ill still take my pak at this time too. Its a great meal after a morning cardio session.
I go to sleep at night anxious to wake up the next morning and eat breakfast:
My typical breakfast, not contest is:
8 egg whites or 1 cup eggbeaters with 1-2 slices fat free cheese
5-6oz lean steak
1 bowl oatmeal or hot oatbran cereal or a whole wheat bagel
1 cup coffee
1/2 pomegranate when they are in season
Best meal of the day...10 egg whites w/ 2 whole eggs, scrambled. Piece of ham mixed in, with some turkey. Skim milk, whole wheat toast, Oatmeal. Awesome start to the day.

Me--off season I like some fat early in the morning...10oz. 90% ground beef with 2 cups of rice with a lot of ketchup. Pre contest---18 egg whites with peppers/mushrooms and 1 cup of dry oats...scrambled/mixed all together with hot sause or salsa.

That is nothing...I eat again usually 2 hours later! I am far from shy at the dinner table...any table with food on it actually! You and I would have some grocery bill on our hands huh....;)

Pre-contest...you mix the oats into your eggs? I never thought of that...why don't you prepare the oats in water?
Soon as I wake up, before coffee, before I turn on the computer, but after I hit the bathroom, I slurp down about a 1/2 cup of plain fat-free yogurt. Then, about 2 hours later it's the real breakfast. 1/2 c oats, cinnamon, tbs pnut butter, raisins if I got em and 1/2 scoop whey. Yeah, it's dry, but I like it that way. Then, 4 egg-beaters scrambled with some sliced bell peppers and onions. Top it off with hot sauce (on the eggs, not the oats) and I'm good to go.
In bulking phase my breakfast is 6-7 whole eggs scrambled with a 100 grams of oats and milk.While i make my breakfast i drink a protein shake with milk.
