In bulking phase my breakfast is 6-7 whole eggs scrambled with a 100 grams of oats and milk.While i make my breakfast i drink a protein shake with milk.
Natty PB & honey sandwich
1/2 cup oats blended with 2 scoops vanilla whey and skim milk
3 egg whites in a whole wheat tortilla and lowfat cheese and some salsa.

I can't stomach TOO much in terms of whole foods first thing in the morning, especially sense it is right before my workout. It typically consists of this:
Whole foods:
2 slices wheat with PB
1-2 packets of flavored oatmeal (most mornings I try to stick with plain oatmeal but it is hard to choke down if not in a shake.)
Shake:
6-8 egg whites (egg whites international)
1-2 scoops protein (depending on cut/bulk)
6 oz water
-this mixes up to an easy shake that fills you up. I drink it after the whole foods otherwise it is harder to eat.
I go to sleep at night anxious to wake up the next morning and eat breakfast:
My typical breakfast, not contest is:
8 egg whites or 1 cup eggbeaters with 1-2 slices fat free cheese
5-6oz lean steak
1 bowl oatmeal or hot oatbran cereal or a whole wheat bagel
1 cup coffee
1/2 pomegranate when they are in season
hmmmm....I am hungry now!
oh toni i feel ya there. at present the only time i take in carbs is in the morning with my eggs. When i go to bed im almost drooling.
Depends on mood also but this might be an example:
- half a liter of oatmealporridge
- few pancakes
Letting it settle, followed up by
- big realgains shake, with some extra cereal added or natty peanut butter
Sometimes i just go for a few slabs of beef and milk. I vary it a bit.
