      Awesome. I got a question.

I've been stuck around the same weight on my squats for a while now.. What do you suggest doing to increase my numbers on the squat? I see people squatting small Volkswagen's on here, and I know I can get there at some point.... But maybe you got some pointers that could benefit me.

      Appreciate it, House.

Bro I always find that if i am stuck at a weight on an exercise, it is time to change the exercise, for squats i would do a cycle of front squats and heavy leg presses... for 4-6 weeks then jump back into the squats and see what you got..

      Deadlifts

House, what rep range do you feel Deadlifts should be done in for a bodybuilder?

House, not a particular question as such, but I'd like to hear some pointers from you about thickening up the tricep, I have long arms and its taking longer than i thought to fill them out but im stickin to the course and getting stronger by the week...

Whats a routine for arms that you'd reccomend? while I know everyone responds to different things I always look for diff routines to change shit up.

      Thanks!

mass on the tris.. the exercise that gives me mass is the skull crusher... but dont just do them on a flat bench change it up.. i rotate them one week flat bench skulls next week decline bench skulls, next week incline bench skulls... It works for me.. also any exercise with a rope, make sure you spread the rope all the way out at the end of the exercise... i get 9-12 sets for tris to failure... also some weeks train tris with bis and then train them with chest the next coulpe weeks, then train them with shoulders, just keep moving them around...

      Good stuff House,

My questions, how do you split bodyparts off season? And if you could only hit the gym 5 days a week in the off season, how would you split bodyparts?

Good luck with the final 3 weeks of prep, we are all rooting for you.
