hey House I hope all is well. Got one quick question. My energy level has been junk for the last month. I've been trying to get better carbs with some progress. Do you you think caffiene can play a big role in energy levels and performance. I think my intake may be too high. Thanks bro, take it easy.
to high on the carbs or caffiene bro... i say last time i had to much caffiene my head hurt and the last time i had to many carbs i just wanted to sleep...
I know I saw a video with you eating it, but do you ever drink it?? If so how much per day?? We got into a discussion at work today about how much coffee we drink in a given day and was just curious.
i dring around 8 cups of coffee perday now thats 8 cups on the coffee pot i dont think that is like 8 8oz but it is at the 8 mark on the pot...

That lifestyle video of you was exhausting to watch, and I watched it more than once. How did you run on 6 hours of sleep, when all the magazines say you need 8-9hrs a night to grow? And your training hard and doing all that cardio....that's crazy bro...

Thanks House, I appreciate the advice. Keep up the hard work.
in may i start a new run at my mass phase... you better hold on
Food porn...LOL. Forgot about that one.
Details dammit...details!!! I got 3 more weeks with this game plan than switching it up again to stimulate growth. Keep hitting brother...I look forward to seeing the bigger, badder you.

Cuz all the magazines are written in fantasy land and The House lives in the real world. It ain't easy to have a job, family, responsibilities, bills and career goals and to keep all of those balls in the air and still get your 8 solid... That shit is a luxury that most of us can't afford. My boy House is a great example to us all of hard work and sacrifice paying big dividends.

Hey bro, Ok check this out, when im training i have a problem i go for 3 sets 18-20 reps each, with each set i had more weight, so my questin is if i cant do the 20 reps should i stop for a sec then finish or work each set to failure each time.
Hey House! I read in an early post (very early) that your in season diet was 8 meals a day. 5 days with 0 carbs and 1 day with 60 carbs. What are your favorite 0 carb meals? And how do you get that 60 carbs on the 1 day?

i say if you fall in your range than you are cool... now if you can do like 25 then keep adding weight till you hit only 18-20 if that is your gaol..
Your not kidding bro!! It's cool how you brought the landlord and x to the cage, they're a big part of the Animal family as well!!!
i think the landlord likes the cage and x will grow to like it lol... the cage has been there each year and will always be there as a part of the family

zero carb meals would be fish or egg whites and 60 g of carbs is oats i think 27 grams per half cup...
