Oh, I'm a running...sitting at 255 and holding as of today. once I hit 260, gonna maintain a bit than will chase after 275 till I catch it. Better be getting those meals in....wouldn't want me catching up to ya just yet. LOL have a good time at Disney brother and ya better be taking pics while you're there. Enjoy the family time....

Erik, how in the hell do you manage no cardio? Up to 255, haven't done any cardio since November and I feel like ass. Winded all the time. I can handle the slight increase in bf but being winded just from talking and walking...
ay what up fellow iron warrior.....i wanna do a show bad i cut down for one n was a week out when there was a serious illness ending up in death of a family so i couldnt compete n that would of been a teen show but now im almost 20 n out of the teen category so what level of show should i start with now that im with all the older guys........a small NPC show or should i go straight to the larger shows

Hey house i have a diet question for you. When your on a bulk do you include carbs with every meal or do you believe in nutrient timing? I have been reading the work of John
Beradi and he argues that you should only eat carbs for breakfast, immediate post workout and about an hour after your workout. The rest of you meals should have protein and fat with very little carbs that come from some vegetables. What do you think?

i dont have a rule on that bro but i eat them with my first meal my pre workout meal my post workout shake and meal.... so about the same as he said.... good call
