haha....I hear ya....I don't know who loves it more, the mrs. or the kids!! we are going again in 2 years when the twins turn 5.....the last time we were there, I got a real good video of Pluto taking my boy for a walk....he was wearing his backpack with the leash.....funny has hell!

I saw you on MD mention something to the effect that every time someone steps on stage they're better for it. Meaning it helps them nail down how to prep and such.
Would you still recommend someone who will by competition time have only 14 months experience lifting?
I'm not afraid to lose. I was blessed with wheels that can hang with the big boys but everything thing else is gonna take some time. I'm wondering if you think its worth dieting down and doing that dang thing when I'm going through a period of explosive growth.
Theres always next year. That notion keeps nagging me.
I don't have any BBer friends. I got no trainer. I got no one behind me at all. I just need some sort of confirmation that competing right now is right.

I'm looking for a new supplement to take during workouts, I used to do pump before, nitro halfway in and torrent or some other PWO, But to be honest I got tired of taking the pills, plus something with some flavor during workouts wouldn't be to bad either. Any advice on during workout supplementation throw it my way.

Had a quick question I'm sure you have answered somewhere in here...but I need to add some mass on my outer sweep. My legs are growing pretty good but when I look in the mirror my sweep isn't the greatest.
Any tips or leg exercises to target that? Would keeping my feet close together help?

Have you tried hack squats, front squats and leg extensions with toes pointed inward? ive heard the leg ex. thing may be more of a myth but doesnt hurt to try..

i just think each time you get on stage and the journey to the stage you learn something new and you get better for it. i know i have learned something each time. things to make sure to do again and things to never do again...
