My question is.. for the expo part of it.. are you able to buy tickets the day of at the door or is it something you need to do in advance?? Also, finally got my hands on your new mag. carbs are great on the bulk, but my body is carb sensitive.. so that is a big amount of carbs for me..

hey big dog.. a good book with everything you need to know about bodybuilding is the arnold encylopedia of bodybuilding. It has lots of pictures and explains everything well. Sorry to jump in, but hope this helps.

I don't want to bother but can you ellaborate on being carb sensitive? I think my body can't handle carbs that well either. Can you give examples or maybe a suggestion on how to bulk with minimal carbs if that is possible??

carb sensitive for me is when i eat carbs i hold tons of extra water and get fat faster. so i eat carbs until i spill or feel the weight coming on. then i back them down. i eat slow burning carbs for better results. i just know when to cut them back all by feel and knowing my body.
