QUESTION: how much caffine is too much... and also what ur opioin on diet sodas? i see in one of ur pics on myspace u had a diet mountain dew in ur hand... i like them diet engery drinks... i cant stop drinking them.. but then i read caffine, can cause u to gain fat.. but all them fat burners are pure caffine... let me know... what i should do.. i need to drop sum more fat. !

I was in the gym this morning discussing calf training and saying about some people have huge calves when someone showed me a picture and said "you mean like these ones"? I looked and it was House in MD, Jan issue I think, calf training pic.
"Exactly like those calves I said" "Thats House form Animalpak"
"Wow you know this guy" they said
"Not exactly but he posts on the Animalpak forum" I said
Off they went to check out if I was telling the truth, lol.

Ive looked around but Im very curious what your eating habits are like?
Do you have any odd diet habits that you could pass on to the masses ? Just things you do that you have found that helps you.
The lastest trick I have added to my workouts is the Pre workout: apple sauce loaded with HMB & Creatine & amino's. I found that tip after reading Flex talking about workout & getting the right things into our bodies at the right times.

i est fish 6 to 8 times a day... with oat when i need carbs no apple sauce for this guy lol... i keep it simple
