This was a pretty rough session for me. I've been in Vegas the last few days, I ate too much, drank too much, and didn't get nearly enough sleep. Felt real shitty tonight.

Thanks man! I'm going to be working more of those into the routine for awhile. If I can force myself out of bed that is, this morning I overslept and didn't make it. I did however spend about eight hours running the slingshot range at Cub Scout camp, it was a very fun but long day. I'm running the range for the next three days, should be fun.
