I've been training consistently for about 8 years now. Mostly bodybuilding splits, Mike Mentzer & Dorian Yates style programs, also Iron Intelligence and Hell Raiser training. However, the past couple of weeks, I've been doing this month long program focused on deadlifts written by Brandon Lilly. These past couple of weeks have been my first true exposure to powerlifting style programming. It has definitely sparked an interest in powerlifting and wanted to know of any recommendations of where to start once this month is complete. All advice welcome.
