No movements were performed that would irritate the low back. Pump was SWEET though! Chins, pull ups and low rows very old school wide style back training. Enjoyed it! Was tired, sleep is still problematic plus I did stay up way too damn late Saturday night. Just felt like it was needed and it was great! Will not be making a habit of that though.
I even got in some cardio! Need to stay on top of that, even cleaned up my diet a bit. Wanting to get back down to where I was. Had no idea how much fucking stress comes with a bitter divorce and how hard it is on cortisol levels! Combine that with lack of sleep aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand my damn bodyweight has shot up 20 pounds! NOT COOL!!!!!!!!!! Going to do what I can to get back down to a healthier weight. Plus there are PLENTY of hot ass milfs in my neighborhood. Albeit most are married, there has to be SOME that are single, right?????????? Last time I power walked around the neighborhood in a stringer tank I got TONS of looks! Ladies were smiling their dudes were hating, FUCK EM! YEAH BUDDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
