Hahaha i hate doing curls but its a weakness of mine. Usually do them with rowing but i gave up on them after hitting shoulders and back same workout.forced mtself to do 20 mins of curling lol

Tried matt wennings jm/skull crusher bb with 135 damn was tough rocking back twoards chin.
Bunch of tricep band work and some behind head extensions with weights.
It was a little harder than i expected but got it done.
3 weeks since i was in the heavy so to be expected. Thought about retaking it next week but f it 345x3 its gonna be.
Been weighing in 262-264 range innthe am for awhile now.

Standing OHP involves your whole body. Sitting takes a lot of that out. I had switched to sitting to save my back while also squatting and doing deadlifts. Trying to stay tight with an upright chest and not lean back was too much extra strain sometimes. Carry over to your bench is what matters. Whatever way works for you.

I hit Seated OHP in Military Press fashion. My Bench grip is used I and stop at my chin. I find that helps carry over to my Bench.
Switching between the two and using different bars has also worked well for me in the past. Like you said, whatever works!
*Standing OHP also utilizes leg drive which is important when Benching.
