You cannot lose body fat and gain lean mass at the same time unless you have been sedentary (no weight lifting at all) prior to starting a sound resistance weight training and nutrition program. Even then it will only occur for about 3 months or so. Of course there will be varying results depending on genetics.
Even then I need more info. Exact current diet that you have been following for the last 5 days (typed out), height, and hours of exercise per week (example: 5x1 hour sessions and 3x30mins cardio sessions)..
Are you adding any fats to meals? What is your current total dietary fats per day?
Best to focus on one or the other. Not both at the same time.
I'm 6'3" I do 30 minutes of fasted cardio 7 days a week. Weight train 5 days a week. I consume approximately 100 grams of fat daily from avocado olive oil and tuna and salmon.

As chris said. You need to pick one goal or the other. You can't do both .
Philosophies, Macro intake, training , and cardio articles for you to understand and help set up what you need to do before moving forward towards more supplements or advanced workout routines.

Now many carbs were you eating currently to maintain or gain weight?

Great info bud! I am going to call you the Source Master!
Not even close to being the best but always strive to learn more and better. That is all we can do as individuals. If we are not improving, then we are failing.

As some have stated already.. get your diet in check consistently on a weekly basis. As you "progress," are you losing body fat or gaining body fat? Once you determine your baseline carb intake.. reduce carbs and/or increase cardio. Many variables apply and that's why we can't give you a specific detailed plan without already know these factors and how your body is responding at the moment.
Sounds like you´re not getting the whole coaching thing...
Coaches that pay attention to their clients I like but most do not any more of favor their good guys. I actually deeply enjoy the mental warfare of doing it myself. It is a challenge. I do feel I have enough experience doing it myself. I mean I loved working with Aceto but 2nd around he was busier and traveling and I feel behind.

It would seem that you posted a question and now have had many people who I consider experts and I would love to get advcice from offering to answer......and you have disappeared.
One thing I've learned as a coach. When you give things away for free people dont value it as much. Here, experts are offering advice that they all charge for outside of this forum, and yet here, for free, it has little "value"
isnt that a weird human folly?...
How do you expect to run with the wolves at night if you spend all day stuntin with the puppies?

The craziest thing is. Some people will pay 100-200$ a month to hire a coach and get said the same thing. The animal brothers preach that information on a public forum to help those who just sign up and post. Crazy.... Tuttle and others on here who have a ton of respect and clients to back their progress literally are spilling bibles of information. Soak it up and utilize it!

IT'S NUTS!! tell me about it. For the last couple years i've gotten tons of golden nuggets from REX and in the past year Tuttle has been dropping tons as well. And many other dudes.
