Took yesterday off. Not noticing the elbow during everyday stuff. Trained today and I noticed some discomfort, but I wouldn’t call it pain. Also felt more myself today. Recently cut carbs down and I splurged a little yesterday. Started today off by picking up omelettes for myself and the wife. Probably all it was.

Lots of warm up/ prehab stuff for the shoulders today. Decided on wave loading. I’m starting Light with the 7/5/3 waves. Once I feel more up to it, I’ll switch to 3 sets of 5/4/3 waves. Went good today.
