I haven't been on in a while, been dealing with neck pain and a car accident.
I'm currently 6'0 229lbs. On a cut going to 210-215 lbs.
I'm in-line to lose 1-2 pounds a week depending on exercise calorie burn that week.
Basically, I'm at the following average day.
Protein - 225g - 900 Cal
Fat - 100g - 900 Cal
Carbs - 100g - 400 Cal
2200 Cal per day average
My question is "What range should my Cholesterol, Sodium, and Fiber be on average per day?"
Currently, I'm averaging the following per day but I'm not sure what is a good range to be at for each per day. Please suggest and possibly give food options to fill the void or add to. Thank you in advance!!!
Cholesterol - 570mg
Sodium - 2660mg
Fiber - 26g
