What else can we dream up? I bet we can cook with it too. Casein Pro Brownies mmmm
Never been a huge fan of protein shakes period but casein was always especially gross to me due to the e
Texture. I wanna try this new shit and see if I can stomach it

Had some of the prototype and this stuff is going to be hard to hate. That said, I still hope you like it; the benefits far outway texture/taste barriers. It reminds me of Mister Softee Ice Cream.

it will support your "GROW-ON" make room for one more protein powder staple. It "should be" #1 Just got done reading up on this once again (did in the past and thought it needed more attention like EAA's) Very excited about this and it's going to be my go-to powder and I will even add it to my Pro&Oats for more of a time release effect. (I'm a fan of the fiber/oats in Pro&Oats but it has mostly fast acting protein.)
This just in! Casein Pro is the very first powder that is PERFECT in coffee. The warmth also helps to mix it; making it a delicious and protein-packed coffee smoothie! Yeah, I'm excited...

I used to make hot chocolate with water and milk after walking my mad dog in the snow over Winter. Whey based shakes just seem to clump up in hot water, whereas casein seems to mix a lot better.
I've been mixing 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 scoop of casein powder and a spoonful of peanut butter, (or flax oil depending on how podgy I'm getting), before bed and it has been pretty good so far. A small amount of carbs, but lots of good protein, fats and calories. Mix it up in a blender then heat it up for about 5 minutes, stirring it at one minute intervals.
