You are both welcome!
Picture this...in our are we had Ed Coan, Stan Efferding, Sam Byrd, Ben Seath, Richard Hawthorne, HIGA MONSTER, Henri Skiba and all the brothers that were squatting or deadlifting at our platform.
INFUCKIN SANE.
Some of the guys were getting tips from Ed Coan...the greatest Powerlifter of all time. How cool is that?

Way Cool, you guys rule!

Sounds like you bros had a great time. The finals were awesome. Definitely close call between wolf and branch. Really well produced show. Pakman had a breakthrough in fourth, and Ox continued his improvements in third. I hit Metro Fitness in Worthington before the finals. Awesome hardcore spot. Most of the people were ripped and there was a photo shoot with figure and physique winners going on.
Another amazing time working out with the crew Thurs, Fri, and Sat.
Thursday I hit shoulders with Enforcer, and I still hurt. He pushed me into weights I never thought I'd be able to hit, EVER. Shoulders have always been my weak point as far as moving weight goes, but he spent time helping me reach the weights I'd worked hard to move up to. Always a pleasure to get some pointers and pick his brain. Friday I hit back with Razor and well, yeah, that obviously still hurts and I feel like I fell down a flight of steps. Saturday was arms with a member from Indy, Im awful with names, I think Kyle, and still got a pump from that workout too!
All around the training is always at a new level with these guys and if people from the outside could see the weights we move as a group I don't think they'd believe it unless they were there.
Thanks again to Animal, Universal, and all the crew for taking the time and effort to help all of us out!
Had a great time at the ABC with everyone. It was super packed and it looked like everyone was training hard! Got to hit up some chest with shortstack and BigO. Two strong dudes who can really push some weight on the bench.
I had fun, trained with Beastin an a couple of his boys. They were no joke, you could tell they been puttin in work.

The question is not how far. The question is, do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith, to go as far as is needed?
Crushed arms at the National ABC with my boy Big C. Turnout was even greater than last year. It was like a night club there with people waiting outside just to get in. It truly is great to see how much the ABC's have grown since my first one 4 years ago.
Nothing in life is ever handed to me, I go out take that shit for myself.
This was unbelievable! This was the most amazing ABC I have ever been part of. The atmosphere in the gym was crazy. I can't say enough Thanks to Grant Higa and Ben Seath for working with me on my squats and also a big Thank You to Henri Skiba for coming over and working with me during my squat session. The knowledge that was being past around from these monsters of powerlifting was amazing.
At one point during my squat, when i was getting to my last set of 585, I had Higa, Seath, Skiba, spotting me and The man Ed Coan, Richard Hawthorne, Sam Byrd, Justin Randal and Stan Efferding watching/cheering me on. All this along with the other Animal brothers that were trainings/learning with me such as Trebin, Funky, twoheadedboy, and many more. Talk about an electric atmosphere.
