GK checkin' in here for a long Journey ahead.
I made a post recently in Livin' about how, for the past year, I've jumped around with different routines and programs, and made 0 progress. In fact, I think I'm a little worse off than I was.
I long to relive the days of when I first worked out, that fire, that drive for bodybuilding. A passion that could not be stopped in the gym. A force to be reckoned with under the bar and at the dinner table.
I'm drawing the line here, now. This is my Journey.
Sitting at 5'9" 187 lbs of unadulterated love for bodybuilding and this life we call Animal. Natural for life but that's not the point, like G-Diesel said, "Natural, not natural, who gives a fuck." Judge not lest ye be judged...but for me, it's natty all the way baby.
Let's get this thing jumpin'.
From here on out it's hard work and volume in a hypertrophy scheme, bread n' butter movements, hard work. Takin' a page from Animal Routine #9. That is all, peace.
