Tweaked my lower back but hopefully it's better by Wed for deadlifts. I really need to put a wiggle on the cut, times a wasting. My BF scale is acting funky again so just got to go by the visual and how the Inzer fits. There is one more notch on the belt, which I actually added and I've never been able to get to it, so I think that would be a good goal to slim down my waist to fit that notch.

I've been hitting the archery range every Friday morning and there's only so much the shoulders can take. I really need to hit the upper body hard on Sunday.

Really trying to hammer the cut now as it's looking more and more like the gyms reopen on the 26th and I've definitely lost some size especially on the upper body. Some from the cut, but some from the limited ability to push the muscles. I'll do what I can starting tomorrow in the basement to up the load.

Morning weight was 179 once again so that's good but I'm feeling frustrated by the limited movements that I can do at home for the upper body. So with that in mind I've decided to hammer the reps and just work on the endurance so that I can bring a high level of fitness to it when the gyms finally open back up.

Morning weight 179.6, 4 out of the last 5 days have been under 180. The kids rented a place on the beach by the dunes for a long weekend in August. I plan on having the best shape there. #boysofsummer #sixpackabs

Morning weight: 177.6 college weight 174 maybe we go there? Gym opens friday, I've lost muscle, upper body needs work. Really want to go twice a week and hit the whole upper body. I have some reservations, we'll see.

I reset the body fat scale and it has me at 17.7%, I'm also at the lowest notch now on my weightlifting belt. I don't want to go below 174, I need to lose a little more fat but I've lost too much upper body mass. I'm quite sure that I can put on 3-4lbs of muscle back on. Since I've been back to work I've kept up the lower body work but the upper body has lagged. I'll decide tomorrow on the gym. I'm hesitant but at the same time, I'm not waiting for a cure for Covid before getting back in there.

Right shoulder did not like the overhead press, so I'll just stick with the bar and buildup the reps. I decided against the gym for now. Seeing the second wave reminds me just how contagious this virus is and I have so much to catch up on at work that I think I'll put it off 6 weeks and see if the numbers climb here in IL now that they've reopened things. I'm going to just do the 4 movements twice a week and try and make the most of it.
