I take about 60grams(if i wake up feeling fat or watery and a little heavy, 40g) worth of carbs in steel cut oats. Throw it in the microwave with water. Then add more water and two scoops of animal whey.
Theres breakfast.

6 whole eggs with loads of parsley, salt and pepper which is the same as my last meal.
Use to be afraid of fats (in my ignorance) and now I'm getting them in I feel so much better.
