Has anyone actually tried this? I can't really find anything that proves it works or doesn't, so I was just curious if any of you have used this and had any results from it?

Mainly this. For daily health benefits. I know there's also a lot of stuff saying it can help with weight loss, but idk. My main goal for drinking would be health/digestion. Didn't know if it was just a fad thing or people actually noticed a difference

I use apple cider vinegar every day. It awesome for digestion. I can really feel a big difference. No more acid reflux or indigestion.
Have a swig with every meal you eat.

Thanks for the reply man. Figured I'll give it a shot (no pun intended) and we'll see if I notice anything. If anything, extra digestive help would be nice

Weird that you posted this now.... I started using it (almost) 2 weeks ago... I have been hearing more and more about it, so I figured I would give it a shot also... I don't have issues with digestion (as far as indigestion or heartburn) but I can tell a small difference, so far... You know, being the weirdo girl that I am, I am always looking for a weight loss angle, but I haven't weighed myself in a while but I notice a little change in my waistline (don't feel as bloated/puffy)... Who knows...
What I am wondering also is... What tips or tricks is everyone using to make is palatable??? l
I drink mine mixed in warn water with a little bit of honey... The only thing I notice is, it ruins the taste of honey....lol

I mix it with all natural cranberry juice (the real shit) and water and it goes down easily for me.
Like Aggression said, I was doing it for a while in the morning mixed with my warm lemon water... that being said when my morning schedule got tighter with my new job, I just stopped doing it...

I do 1 mouth full with every meal. My last meal is right before bed. Meaning, I eat, brush my teeth and lie down...
What's that last meal usually?

Oh it works for some people! Well it works to help fight acid reflux and aides in digestion. It does wonders for my UC. I love it! What purpose would you be trying it for? I know there is quite a few claimed benefits
