I was on some crummy nitric oxide supps for a while. Then all of the sudden, its seemeed like every person in my life, regardless of importance, was telling me that it was harmful to my health, even though i know how to control what goes into my body. I have taken a break from supplements containing creatine for a while, and i am ready to get back.
i need help creating a stack. i am currently taking pak in the morning, and torrent after my workouts. i want to add pump in beforehand.
just a little background, i am 16.5 years of age, 178 pounds, and currently bulking.

bro not 1 person here is gonna recomend a stack for a 16yr old spend your money on lots and lots of food hold off on the supplements
I just started with the Animal products, I bought Pak, Stak, M-stak, and test, I wanted to get pump, but I have some creatine and no from another maker that I have to use up first. I have been trying to decide the best way to stack, then what to use after?
My plan right now is Pak in the am. Stak and test together for 2 cycles of the test, then switch to the M-Stak? Of course taking creatine and the No product before and after workout until it is all gone, then I am switching to Pump for the ease of taking the pills and carrying it around.
Does this sound like the best way to use the test, stak and M-stak? I am 33 and just starting a bulk, I want to add some size before summer, I know I got a late start, but I am real low on bodyfat right now, I want to keep it that way, but really want some size now.

Take Pak in am, as mentioned. Take Stak 45 minutes before lifting, Test 30 minutes before lifting. After your done with Test, take M Stak immediately following your cycle of Test. During the cycle, aim for lots and lots of quality and not so quality calories, keep protein high, drink AT LEAST 1 gallon of water, perferbally 2 to 3 gallons. Plenty of sleep will do no harm. You might want to pick up some joint supplement like Flex because the rapid amount of weight you will put in in combination with intense training and eating will wear and tear your joints. Do them a favor and take some Flex..... That should be everything. Eat big to get big!!!

Alright guys, so here it is. I'm currently dieting for a show and have 10 weeks left on the keto, things are looking great. I'm just planning ahead so i know what to do after my show other than take a week or so off to recover. I plan on sticking with the pack and Nitro for a good 3 or 4 weeks before i jump into this big cycle, anyways..... Here's my bulking supp plan for week 1-17, not sure whats up after but this is what i got, gimme some opinions guys, what you would change or tweek a little. Be honest.

Herdz, how and where the hell did you get Omega? Other than that, your stack looks solid. maybe throw in RG for added calories.

It wouldn't hurt. I always use ST/Storm and Torrent. Sometimes I'll sub in Pump for ST. the ST/Storm stack has gotten me out of tough workouts more than I care to explain! Sometimes, I take ST 30 min pre w/o and I'll add another serving into my BigAnt drink for some ass whooping power for leg and backday!! Kick some ass!!!

Thanks for the reply, I usually take a preworkout shake, whey and fruit, or whey and waxy maize etc. will that effect the test and stack? 45 min before, stak, 30 min before test, then 15 before my no product, then my preworkout shake? how would you line this up? Right now I am using No-xplode, but after it is gone I am switching to pump for ease and sticking to the Animal line. After my workout its cellmass right now, then another shake?

I would save the Wzxy Maize for post workout. You can have the fruit, but not too much to the point where you feel full or bloated. i don't think the fruit would affect Stak or Test.... Take Stak 45 minutes before w/o, follow up with Test 30 min pre w/o ALONG with your pre workout supp, then take your whey and a little fruit immideately before w/o.
Following training, take 40-50g wazy maize w/ 40g whey. 15-20 after this shake, take any creatine supp. Does this clear up any confusion?

at this point you should be focusing on more food hold off on the supps for a good while bro

I mean creatine is found in red meats and fish, so what's the harm in drinking a juice with some of it in it? It's not like Arab is using anything "hard" if you get what I'm saying. I'm gonna have to agree with rhane on this one. Even if you're a true beginner, Pak, protein, and creatine is what you should consider. Once you build a solid base, you can throw in M Stak, ST, Pump, and the other stuff and so forth... so... I would recommend Pak, protein, and creatine for Arab.

currently bulking:
i workout 3 days a week based off the rippetoe system, so i didnt want to take pump 4 times a week when not lifting, so my non-workout creatine is taken from a non-universal product, which will be mentioned as "Other creatine:
Non-Training days:
along with breakfast:
Animal Pak (need those vitamins!)
1,000 mg fish oil pill (diff company)
1/2 serving of "other creatine"
2nd meal:
M-stack, usually take it with my shake (should i take this pre or post 2nd meal, or is it ok to actually take the pills with the shake?)
realgains shake usually :D
lunch:
food
4th meal:
food
dinner:
food again
6th meal:
my pre-sleep realgains shake and another 1/2 serving of creatine
workout days (mon, wed, fri):
morning
breakfast: animal pak + 1,000 mg fish oil +food

i just got nitro, and im wondering when i should take it on off-days?
would it be fine to take nitro with my last meal before i go to sleep on off days?
