Honestly man if you check the can, it will tell you that you can take it with any meal but you mainly wanna get you key vitamins in the beginning of the day now if you in a hard training mode you can take 2 a day but separate them by 4 to 12 hours. To answer the question at hand...yea you can take it preworkout but I personally would take it in the morning and do a Pump pak or Shock Therapy they'll get ya plenty revved, just listen to your body and you cant go wrong

Honestly, you can take Pak whenever you want throughout the day. Recommendations dont always fit everyones schedule..
If you are going to take it Pre-Workout, make sure it is with your Pre-Workout meal that you consume around 90 minutes before
you lift so you can have that 30 mins before you hit the gym to take Pump or Shock Therapy like my bro Poptarts stated..
I myself, prefer taking Pak first thing in the morning with breakfast.. and if I am feeling froggy and have a crazy workout, I will
take a second Pak with my Post meal..
You can take it on an empty stomach, but there have been plenty of posts about some issues it can cause, which is why I
take it with breakfast..

i would get the pump but it has caffeine in it so you gota be 18 or older to buy it, i aint 18 lol
Z's right bro the sooner you get your eating habits down the better you'll be in the long run. At your age your still raging with energy so put it to good use. Leave the major supps alone for now and just concentrate on your vitamins and maybe an EFA (Omega) for some good ol healthy fats. Stick with this bro and you'll go far.

I like to take mine before I lift, I'd say about 30-60 minutes before I hit the gym floor. I'd say on behalf of the other Animal's, it'd be split down the middle on weather they take it first thing in the morning or before they lift. I personally like to have the nutrients and vitamins flowing through me at the most important time, when my muscles need it most, and to me that's when I'm tearing them down in the gym. I'd just make sure to take one every day. As long as you have this absolute beast vitamin pak in you, there's no going wrong. It's such a benefit to your body at any time of the day, just make sure you get it in.

"In the end, we're all just chalk lines on the concrete, drawn, only to be washed away. For the time that I've been given, I am what I am."
I'd take it with meal 1 - animal pak is set up in extended release pills so the vitamins will be in your system longer than an non-extended release vitamin.
