You are over training. You look at your training not your nutrition in that aspect. You are doing too much, way too much in the gym. I would cut back volume.
it's all hypothetical...i'm bit sore just that day after session or, maybe, next day....my recovery is pretty much good with training 5 times per week
yeah i've learned to take rest day and back of the volume a bit.... going "balls to walls" all the time is a recipe for burnout and, sometimes, the less is really more

Good! Yes more is rarely ever better. A weak body part that you have been trying focus on is not growing? First thing I do is back off it and NOT increase volume. More often than not it starts growing.

you're right.... my legs are my weak body part and i was killin' them but without progress. So i decided to back of the volume and split quads and hams 4 days apart...now i'm seeing results bc it was to much for me doing for example squats and heavy RDL's in same workout

now would be appropriate to say something like "great minds think alike" hahaha
what was your weak body part and how did you overcome it? for me it was legs and for quite some time i could not make "mind muscle" connection with my upper chest
guys , what is your favourite off season post workout carb / meal? my thing currently is: honey cheerios + banana and whey isolate cookies and cream and then 1 h -1 1/2 h later follow that with rice/potato + meat meal
Right now I´m doing 200 carbs from cereal of choice (frosted flakes with a couple dashes of cinnamon atm) + 500ml liquid eggwites + 25g Iso Whey vanilla.
This combo tastes unbelievable and doesn´t sit in my stomach at all. 60 min later I can eat again.

Well... Without having seen both, his nutrition and training regime, I wouldn´t blame it all on the training immediately.
If my nutrition isn´t on point I get waaay more sore without any changes in my training.

and they say Roman doesn't care for the taste :D that sounds tasty but...200 carbs?!? f**k!
What about Gatorade for intra? With the carbs and sugar? I have been hesitant to try because of the sugar but I have heard good benefits... Rex/Tuttle any thoughts. I use Aminos intra as well but thought about adding in a Gatorade while I train in offseason.

“I realized early on that success was tied to not giving up. Most people in this business gave up and went on to other things. If you simply didn’t give up, you would outlast the people who came in on the bus with you.”

Mine was back and still is. I stopped doing deads, BB rows, and DB rows, and started doing more machines and cables to regain more mind muslce connection and train my mind and back to connect. Now that I have gained that I am going back to those original bread and butter movements with success.

That does sound great! Eat it like cereal with whites and whey right? I am going to try that

I think that is preference and purely an individual thing. Dextrose generally makes my stomach feel bloated and full. I do believe now that gatorade is all maltodextrin which I could be wrong but I have done it but diluted it. My clients who are on a budget use Gatorade powder for pre and intra.

agree...sometimes you need to back of "the bread and butter" movements to make progress...focus more on execution , again learn yourself how to engage desired muscle and squeeeeze

you started reverse dieting after photoshoot?
Correct esp when we are not FEELING that connection or making progress.
No not yet. I have another one tomorrow for personal business purposes. Then I will reverse. Starting adding fats back first

that's the problem when you grow up (as a BB) watching Dorian Yates, you think that you MUST do bb rows, deads, flat bench press etc. to grow but unfortunately most of us can't and never will train like that
That's why i have great respect for Ben Pakulski and things that he teaches
