Thanks, last nights session was taxing to say the least. I've still got a couple of weeks left doing both Fridays. I'll have to up my recovery some. More eat, more sleep.

Thanks, I've started cleaning each rep on my overheads. The clean is the hardest part for me so I figure this will help me out. Plus it is just wicked tough cleaning it every fucking rep!
I don't know about the bucket of water but that was awesome.
I know right? It was done as part of the ice bucket challenge. He got challenged by one of our training partners who has quit the gym. We thought the medley would guilt our former training partner back into the gym. Chris was supposed to get a bucket of ice water dumped on his head, but we thought the handstand push ups into the ice water was better.
