Yes, thanks! I wanted to make crazy but it would have cost too much HAHAHH! So far so good though!
Chris,
I may be alone in this one. But I rather pay a premium price for a premium product... then a lower cost for an "Average" product. Just me though.

Oh me too! Trust me! Majority are not like that actually.
oo me to but as i get older i find that the most simple, basic things are usually the best
and yeah tonight we cheer for my fellow countrymen STIPE MIOCIC
Simple always is best and always seems to work! I find that I have to stay with the same movements for weeks at a time to reduce risk of injury. Changing things up too much does not allow my body to adjust to the new movement and I end up getting injured.

My take....
Provide an open label
Make things in an adequate dose
If the raw materials are top tier. I will pay top dollar for a product.
Unlike some companies who prop blend their products, pixie dust the key ingredients, and play the cheap route by placing all the money in their flavoring but underdosing or not meeting label claims.
This is why I appreciate Animal/Universal. They give you good products, they taste good, they are well dosed, and they simple WORK

agreed 100% ...pretty much same here i have basic movements and i just change: reps, grips/stance and tempo and trying to complete perfect form every time
i'm going to do my blood test and urinalysis this week ..what are the parameters that i should pay attention on?

Well we are putting in the what we feel are the most important ingredients in a greens. Definitely not just dumping like 100 different random ingredients to sound superior. More is never better. Also everything is tested by 3rd party for heavy metals and contaminates for many of the common ingredients in greens contain them.

Yup! Especially if we are traveling and equipment is different.
Get a comprehensive metabolic panel + CBC. For Urine, just test for PH and protein. Really you will find the full panel for they do not just test for those two in urine. They test everything.

OH NICE! Def better pumps right?
Haha I once almost chopped of the tip of my left index finger with a butcher knive. It wehnt half way through the bone. Obviously got stitches and all that... But I trained back the very next day. I still sometimes catch myself pointing my index finger during exercises since then...

Oh good! Glad it is working.
I am having the best off season I have had in 5 years. Training about 1 hour per session with 4 days one week and 5 days the following week. I deload one body part per week on separate weeks. So a different body part is being rested each week and goes in a cycle.
I am gaining weight now weekly. Eating 7 meals per day now though. YUK!
