Training since last 12 years
Had a injury C3,4,5 and L4,5,S1
Stopped training , but now slowly got back into it by good diet
Training around injuries , stopped all cortisone
Fine close to 7-10 cycles off ANIMAL CUTS dropped almost 38 kilograms
Now I have 4 cans of Test, 2 cans of Stak and 2 Cabs if MSrak
How can I put a cycle here
Week 1-3 Test
Week 4-6 Test/stak
Week 7-9 mstak
Or
Week 1-3 Test
Week 4-6 Test
Week 7-9 stak
Week 10-12 MSTAK
Take 3 weeks off
Currently my diet is 2300 calories with 5 solid meals and 1 shake
Uni whey pro +glutamine
Will be increasing to 3000 calories from week one
and then 300 every week .
Will be adding only TORRENT as PWO if I can find it in Australia
Or will be only whole foods, glutamine , uniliver and BCAA
