meal4; 6oz chicken, 1/2c green beans
meal5; 3 eggs cooked in coconut oil, 3 sausage links
meal6; 2s Dub-Choc-Chip Ultra Whey Pro in water w/ 2tbsp NPB
Definitely feeling a bit drained in the mornings. If it wasn't for coffee, I'd be sleeping behind the wheel. I'm crashing about an hour earlier than usual at night. During the day isn't too bad b/c I'm taking a serving of Rage about mid-day. Hmmmm, Ketosis.

ya deff sound like Ketosis, how many days in are you? most people it takes about 3 days and then you will feel better. I personally loved Keto I felt great with tons of energy and no larthagy or bloat from carbs. I know your not doing full keto but I'm sure it's gonna be kinda. lose with carbs just PWO I'm deff Interested in your feedback

Tea? Atomic 7? 1/2 whey isolate? Coffee is called for b/c it doesn't have calories, contains caffeine, and it helps curb appetite. Nothing more than that. So you can pretty much use whatever you want as long as it doesn't contain many calories.

I backloaded for about two months back in the fall to take a break from losing weight...
I ran it pretty dirty (pastries, cookies, candy, cereal, pizza, etc..)...ok really dirty.
Gained a quick 10 pounds, probably the majority of it water from coming off of a clean diet, then was able to maintain the same weight for the whole two months. This is a damn good way to recomp.

Been meaning to ask you, why the 4 scoops of Torrent over the normal 3 scoop serving size?
B/c 3 scoops is for normal people. I'm not in this game to be normal.

Yup. I did it for a few months about a year or so ago. I didn't do the whole Keto-prep phase, nor did I go zero-carb on off days. I didn't do my research. So I'm hoping I'll see even better results than my previous run with it now that I'm following the diet more strictly. And yes, I'll be eating pretty dirty too, haha. Love it. Even when I did the diet half-ass, I was still able to stay around the same weight and drop inches off the waist.

I lived off Rage this past week. Though I wanted Shock, I knew I had to stay away from excess carbs. And being that things like PB have trace carbs, I tried to avoid 'em when I could, so no Shock. But damn, I still fuckin' love Rage. Its delicious. I drink it out of a coffee mug.
