...I must have been doing things wrong all the time then... haha
Well it will comes to a point where you can only absorb so much. When people really are at that point and cont to force feed their gut grows and becomes distended. I would say across the board when my clients lose their appetite and start force feeding their training goes to shit, sleep takes a hit, and they start looking flatter and smoother. Personally my best growth periods (jumping 6-12 lbs stage weight per year) was when my appetite was great. Do not get me wrong there are some people who have no appetite all around and need to make an effort to get meals in which can easily be considered force feeding. However, if force feeding food is making you feel like shit all day with training and sleep going to shit then there is a problem and needs to be addressed.
When this happens what do you normally do with your clients nutrition or meal plans?
Just trying to learn here.
Fasting cardio 15-20 mins 4-5x per week
I cycle there carbs HIGH,HIGH,LOW, repeat or some type of variation there. Sometimes eating a large amount of food day in and out can be counterproductive. Having a day of 50-75% of the carbs can increase that appetite and enhance digestion.
That makes sense. For a moment I thought you were eating all night long.
I used to set my alarm and get up in the middle of the night to eat but I found out, by trial and error, that my recovery is way better with uninterrupetd sleep even if this means getting in less food.

I force feed every day trying to grow. But my training is still great and I even sleep much better because of the fact Iīm so full by the end of the day that I canīt even wait to finally lie down.

100%! The best drug or supp would be something that causes Deepest, un-interrupted REM sleep everyday no matter what. Probably make more gains with that than anything.

Then there is no problem. Most people who force feed food from I have seen end up in a bad situation.

Pure IGF does that. Instant REM sleep; however, it is 5 times more expensive than pharma GH! It was Rich Piana's favorite drug and was very hard to come by.

Does it though for a full night? LOL Not like someone would use that everyday for months or would they? LOL

Do you find certain sources of foods to cause this? Some days my appetitei is great, and no issues
Some days my stomach feels heavy as a rock and I am not modifying or changing a thing. For the most part I eat a very similar diet year round just adjusting portions pending my goal. If I need to throw in an extra meal due to my caloric intake I do so to aid digestion.
Just trying to learn. I have cut out broccoli, fish, and oatmeal because anytime I eat them my digestion goes off instantly.
