This is my new journey. I just finished a three month cutting tutorial with Rage's assistance in the Iron Contest II. Time to move on.
My goals as of now is too maintain and to stay relatively lean through the summer. I plan on opening my diet up a little, but keeping carbs down when possible. I will continue to use the exercise bike I got for the contest, just scaled back a little (unless I see too much fat coming on).
Right now, my main supplements are Shock Therapy preworkout, Torrent after, Animal Pak and protein.
I took a week off from the gym following the contest and returned yesterday with strongman training. Highlights included 180 lb log press for a single and flipping the 450 lb tire 16 times.
It's time to do work...
