Well thanks to your “ok, let’s add more weight” I hit two sumo PRs yesterday in Fayetteville lol. Most I had ever done was 420 x 2. So the 2 sets of 5 @ 405 was definitely a rep pr. And the 475 sumo block pulls was also a PR. I told my wife “When Dan Green tells you add another plate, you do it” lol
Squatted 420 for a triple today. Previous 3RM was 410. So that's a 10lb PR. And my current 2RM is 420, so I'm assuming next time I try for a max double, it'll be another PR. Safe to say.

Nothing to crazy.
Fuck that 'nothing too crazy'. You added 190lbs to your total. That's pretty good to me

So...finally got in a noteworthy PR of 295x4 on front squats. Previous PR was 275x3 - I repped that for 5 tonight, then tossed another dime on each side to see what would happen, and came out pleasantly surprised. The rest of my lifts have been trash lately, so it’s nice to make progress somewhere.

Nothing too crazy?
You hit 3 wheels in the BP
You added over 60 lbs on your squat
You added over 80 lbs on your deadlift.
Man, I'd hate to see how you react when something bad happens. ;)
How do you expect to run with the wolves at night if you spend all day stuntin with the puppies?

At least something is! Honestly, I attribute it mostly to hitting up the belt squat machine we picked up a few months back, that thing has been a godsend. I have my first meet coming up since starting to implement it, and hopefully it has some solid carryover into barbell squats...
Got my slingshot in the mail yesterday and wanted to start trying it out last night. Current 1RM on bench is 400. Using the slingshot last night (obviously I know it's assisting me lol) hit 405. Might not be my new raw 1RM (YET) but obviously first time in my life I've put 4 plates on for bench, so I'm still stoked about it. Thought I could bump this PR thread up a little
