Assuming you go t the nutrition side down Animal PM seems pretty appropriate. Counter act the stims, drop BP get ready to rest/recover. Maybe not if you train in the morning though.

I agree! Sleep is the foundation for everything. Sleep goes everything goes. I love sleep aides!
Right now it's two packs of NITRO, one serving of Hyaluronic acid (also capsules), two scoops of Collagen Protein with two servings of glutamine added and three servings of creatine added.
The same company I get my proteins from also makes a Colostrum protein. It's stupid expensive but might be worth a shot!

I thought the context of the question meant spartan was taking the animal fury as a preworkout.
Otherwise I agree, you don't want anything that will constrict blood flow or trigger an unnecessary sympathetic response

You´re right.
I was just saying that if someone has trouble sleeping I would eliminate all possible causes first and before considering taking an additional product to combat the issue.
I see way too many people ending up in this cycle of taking B to combat side effects of A and then taking C to combat side effects of B and so on...

Welcome to America! We make up 75% of the world's pharmaceutical drug consumption and are less than 10% of global population! I guess we like getting high? People are goofy, what can ya honestly do?

That makes a lot of sense. Same could be said for the preworkout in the first place. If you are relying on a stimulant to get your through every workout something else is wrong.
I think I said it another thread but people would much rather buy a solution.

I´m sure Germany is No. 2 on that list... :D
People just look for the easiest solution and so are the doctors... Next please!

You´re right. There´s a pill for everything. Isn´t there?

I’ll admit, I rarely lift without some sort of preworkout anymore. I used to think it was dumb, and just a big scam to part gym bros from their cash, until a friend gave me some of the OG jack3d one day. I don’t think I’ve ever pounded out set after set and rep after rep like I did after taking that stuff...but most stuff with caffeine alone doesn’t produce near the same effect.
I did lift last week for the first time in a while without any PWO, and didn’t notice much of a difference, aside from not sweating anywhere near as much!

That´s good to hear. You should be proud of yourself. Breaking such habits is really hard.
Stop relying on artificial energy drinks and take pride in getting shit done by your own mental and physical power!
I´m not saying never use preworkouts but allowing yourself to depend on them is absolutely wrong.

I forget the ingredient that was in the OG Jacked. It was banned. Was such a strong stimulant many users reported extremely high BP post-workout and things such as irregular heart beat, palpitations, etc. Of course, these same idiots were taking TWO TO THREE scoops! Shame some idiots always ruin a good thing for everyone else!

I get up at 5:30 during the work week. Before I leave work on training days you can bet your ass I'm sucking down some pre-workout! I've just realized, one scoop 95% of the time is more then enough. Interfering with good quality sleep to get in a hard workout is not worth it! Had to learn that the hard way.
