You all know about eating ground vegetables and the many benefits they can bring but how much you have ever given any thought to Sea Vegetables? I talk with the most extreme of Vegans who walk through the doors of my gym because I'm one myself. Not at of any personal choice or believe but rather because my wife thought best to turn me in to one after a result of having to save my life because I was chocking on a piece of lovely lovely tasty T-Bone stake. I had open heart surgery you see twice so ever since then, out of fear of losing me she has put me on the most extreme of vegan diets. A Plant based diet. And when your on that diet you begin to get real creative. Trust me. Infact up untill that point, i was such a serious carnivore, I'd of made aT Rex look like the softest of herbivores. I mean I used to floss with with rib bones. So I refused poi the blank and she then moved to the next best method of persuasion which was to bribe me with her toes. Awww my little cookies. Because they are literally as tiny as beans a peas she gave me a propersiting I just could not turn down. She said, "For every pea or bean you nibble mummy will let you nibble one her toes!" Ever since then I've been a fully fledged Plant based Vegan and I ain't never ever ever trying to go back to eating meet again trust me! Lol amake auld it having been
Right back to Sea Vegetables. After I spoke with my vegan customers I realised that not even they knew about Sea vegetables. What is a Sea Vegetable? Give me an example Orthodox (If that's really you lol ).
KELP
Kelp grows in "underwater forests" (kelp forests) in shallow oceans, and is thought to have appeared in the Miocene, 23 to 5 million years ago. The organisms require nutrient-rich water with temperatures between 6 and 14 °C (43 and 57 °F). They are known for their high growth rate—the genera Macrocystis andNereocystis can grow as fast as half a metre a day, ultimately reaching 30 to 80 metres (100 to 260 ft).
Through the 19th century, the word "kelp" was closely associated with seaweeds that could be burned to obtain soda ash (primarily sodium carbonate). The seaweeds used included species from both the orders Laminariales and Fucales. The word "kelp" was also used directly to refer to these processed ashes.
n most kelp, the thallus (or body) consists of flat or leaf-like structures known as blades. Blades originate from elongated stem-like structures, the stipes. The holdfast, a root-like structure, anchors the kelp to the substrate of the ocean. Gas-filled bladders (pneumatocysts) form at the base of blades of American species, such as Nereocystis lueteana, (Mert. & Post & Rupr.) to hold the kelp blades close to the surface.

Dont get me wrong i have aways used the AnimalPak Vit and even though i havent lifted a weight for 2 years now because physically i cant, i still take 2 Paks a day (contest mode) for at least 20 years. Infact I've probably spent more money on my Paks throughout my career than I have my GH, and I was on 30 ius a day for 10 + years. There are many many more Sea Vegetables guys. It's a big ass of ran down there. And everything down there is down there for a reason
