Whats up everybody, I am 26 and like most people i got started lifting, by lifting for Football. After i graduated high school i was able to keep lifting for about six months. Then i didn't work out again till about last spring, had an injury and had to miss a few weeks of work. I just got started back in the gym this past January. The whole reason I got started back was watching some of the videos of Dan Green and after reading about him coming back from various injuries really inspired me to get off my fat butt and just get started. Right now I am doing a powerlifting routine set up by Chad Wesley smith, while using animal fury, stak, and whey. Also changing my diet completely by doing the keto thing to try and lose some of the power belly.
