with all my meat meals and second egg meal..i just avoid vegetables before workout bc sometimes it bloats me
I do the same thing but quite often my meal that is before I train is meal one that has spinach and mushrooms in my egg whites along with cream of rice and Ezekiel bread.
Oh for sure but they are not for everyone. With my clients I have about 50/50 who see a boost and who do not at all if not feel like crap. Again also dependent on total carb intake for the day as well and of course body type.
At first I did feel awful while training as well. But I was at a breaking point in my training. I wasnīt making any progress no matter what I did. So, I had to do something drastically. I pushed through the awfulness, constantly reminding myself when I was getting nauseous in the gym "you have to go through this right now" and after a while my body got used to it. Now I donīt have any problems at all.
My weight went up from 248 to 280 in 3 weeks LOL

Breakfast is usually the meal I can stomach anything. No matter what I eat then, my body just burns it up and Iīm hungry/hypo within an hour later.
Yeah some benefit it and some do not. You have to try it to see if it works or you see a difference but just because someone says it works does not mean it will for you or not. Have to try.
OFC
it's a trial and error game... with somebody it's just run through them and others have problems with digesting it during workout

No shit! Funny how different people are. I had the exact opposite effect. I started with wazy maize and felt fine. Then went to vitargo and felt awful every time (hypo/ loss of appetite/ felt sick / headache) . Ditched that and went with Carbo plus by Universal which was great for a while. Then overtime it was messing with how I felt in the gym and getting worse and worse. Now if I do it I will do 20g carbo plus 10 mins before training and Atomic 7 or Juiced Aminos.
Hmmm... I guess not.
For example: I had 2 whole eggs, 10oz. red meat, 75g carbs of oatmeal and a cup of pineapple for breakfast during one of my offseasons. It got me pretty stable.
I have tried 6 whole eggs, 6 egg whites and 100g carbs from oats for some time as well. This was way too heavy. Especially since I train after breakfast.
To answer your question: Fat keeps blood sugar more stable. Too much fat stuffs me up.
Iīm a carb eater... haha
